According to
IGN.com Microsoft recently put an announcement for Gears of War 3 on Xbox Live yesterday only to be removed so nobody could see it before it is announced by it's creators. An official announcement should be on its way by creator Cliff Bleszinski on The Jimmy Fallon Show Monday night.
